Abstract
Objective To investigate the role of comfortable nursing in recovery of pelvis fracture. Methods All 56 cases of pelvic fracture in our hospital from June 2008 to April 2009, received comfortable nursing (comfortable nursing group) and routine nursing (routine nursing group), respectively before operation, and the patient satisfaction and the patient condition in hospital were compared after operation between the comfortable nursing and the routine nursing. Results The comfortable nursing group showed 97.2% of pa-tient satisfaction and the routine nursing group 81.9%, with a significant difference. Days of hospitalization of the comfortable nursing group were fewer than those of the routine nursing group, with a significant difference. Conclusion Comfortable nursing reflects the concept of people-centered nursing and can improve the quality of patient rehabilitation, with a good effect in pelvic fracture.
