Abstract

The way of case teaching is being used widely in teaching,which promotes the course reform efficiently and the practical effect of teaching ,to realize the mutual advancement of teaching and learning. The article probes into the difference of participation and roles which teachers and students in two courses teaching play in five steps: preparation, presentation, discussion, promotiom and reviewing. It poses that two courses teaching have to avoid falling into three wrong aspects which are case teaching limited in law course only,case teaching “runned wild “,case teaching equaled in classroom example giving.
