Abstract
By determination with US Rosemount DC-85A total organic carbon analyzer and by means of TOC regression equations(COD=a+bTOC) expression,it turned out that the COD numerical value can be deduced from TOC determination. Thus, the TOC numerical value can be used as rapid pollution monitoring for the wastewater of organic chemical industry.
