Analysis of the Development Tactics of Local Teachers Colleges——in the case of Guangxi Teachers Education University

To meet the strategic need of local teacher specialization in the new situation,local teachers colleges must promote the innovation of teacher education constantly,recreate the practice of teacher education,improve the quality of normal majors training.The local teachers colleges should serve the local educational undertakings based on the orientation of itself,and adopt some tactics such as taking the lead in the innovation of local teacher education by educational science projects,recreating the models of normal majors training through curriculum innovation,strengthening the educational accomplishment of the normal majors through practical training,and promoting the quality of normal majors training through education evaluation.
