Systems Thinking about Key Operating Mechanism and the Driving Force of Regional Innovation Network

Research on relationship between internal factors of the regional innovation network from a dynamic point of view is still scarce although some theoretical and empirical researches have been done on the regional innovation network.In the paper,a key operating mechanism system of regional innovation network is put forward,including independent innovation mechanism,interactive innovation mechanisms,resource flows optimal allocation mechanisms.Three system cyclic graphs are designed,key driving forces for virtuous cycle are pointed out,and effective recommendations are proposed.
