Abstract

Based on introduction to knowledge network and regional innovation system as well as their relationship,analysis is made on the internal mechanism and model of regional innovation system formation based on knowledge network,which may contribute to understanding the significance of formation of regional innovation system and knowledge network in the formation and development of regional innovation system.
