Abstract
In this paper,we introduce the method and process of medical images' 3d reconstruction,and present a fast seed cell search algorithms based on span space,then,we use the isosurface propagation algorithms to extract the isosurface.We also merge the coplanar triangles after the process of midpoint approximating.As the experimental result proving,the algorithm that we present accelerates the reconstruction.It's favorable to realize the real time rendering and interaction of large scale data 3d reconstruction based on medical images.
