Utilization of Water Resources of the Shiyang River Basin and Its Effect on the Ecological Environment of the Basin

In recent years,the utilization of water resources and the ecological environment in the Shiyang River basin have been highly valued by the state and have attracted many researchers' attention.Moreover,the contradiction between the supply and demand of water is outstanding in the upper,middle and lower reaches.Based on analyzing the utilization of water resources in the Shiyang River basin,this paper is an attempt to discuss its influence on the ecological environment.As for the Minchin area,the government's goal is determined according to different researches and some countermeasures and suggestions for restoring the ecological environment of the Shiyang River basin are provided.
