Abstract
Objective: To study the change and clinical significance of serum levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α and blood lipids in patients with cerebral infarction(CI).Methods: The serum levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α,TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C were detected and compared between 86 patients with CI(27 cases in the light CI group,34 cases in the middle CI group,25 cases in the heavy CI group) in the experimental group and 40 healthy subjects in the control group. Results: Compared with the control group, the serum levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α,TC,TG,LDL-C in experimental group significantly increased(P0.05),and the serum levels of HDL-C significantly decreased(P0.05).Compared with the light CI group, the serum levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α,TC,TG,LDL-C in the middle CI group and the heavy group significantly increased(P0.05),and the serum levels of HDL-C significantly decreased(P0.05).Compared with the middle CI group, the serum levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α,TC,TG,LDL-C significantly increased(P0.05),and the serum levels of HDL-C significantly decreased(P0.05).The serum level of hs-CRP was positively correlated with TNF-α,LDL-C,TC,TG(P0.05),and was negatively correlated with HDL-C(P0.05).The serum levels of hs-CRP and TNF-α were positively correlated with the severity of cerebral infarction(P0.05).Conclusion: It is important to detect the serum levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α,TC,TG,LDL-C in the assessment and treatment of patients with CI.
