Crushing Treatment of Cystolith with Pressure Bullet under Ureteroscope via Resectoscope Trocar

Objective To discuss the new method and curative effect of crushing treatment of cystolith with pressure bullet under ureteroscope via resectoscope trocar.Methods The cystolith was crushed with pressure bullet under ureteroscope via resectoscope trocar and prostate resection was performed in 12 cases with hyperplasia of prostate same time.Results 36 cases had cured at first time in crushing stone and excretion without bleeding,bladder perforation and overhydration.There was no relapse after 6～24 months follow-up without obstruction.Conclusion This method might be effective with simple,less complication and good effect that could be used in clinic.
