Abstract
Objective:To observe the changes of coagulation function and hemorheology property in dogs after acute hypervolemic hemodilution(AHHD) with hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4.Methods:Twenty dogs were randomly(divided) into 2 groups: A group(with hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4,n= 10) and B group(with Ringer's solution,n= 10).The indexes of hemorheology and coagulation were measured before the hemodilution(T_1),30 min(T_2) and 60 min(T_3) after AHHD.Resutls:① The whole blood viscosity and Hct were decreased in both groups, and the whole blood viscosity in A group is significantly less than that in B group(P0.05).The index of RBC(deformation) was increased and the index of RBC aggregation was decreased in A group, but the index of RBC(aggregation) was increased in B group. There was significant difference between two groups(P0.05).② The(concentration) of fibrinogen in A group is decreased and significantly less than that in B group(P0.05).(Conclusion:)AHHD with hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4 in dogs could effectively maintain a stable hemodynamic(status),improve the hemorheological status and microcirculatory perfusion, and make less difference to coagulation function.
