Abstract
In order to improve understanding of friction stir welding mechanism,it's necessary to research the plastic material flow in FSW.Numerical modeling is a very important method to study the material flow in FSW,which can be used to gain an improved understanding of the friction stir welding process. The models established for material flow in FSW are described in this paper. The results of the numerical modeling and the limitations existing in the models are also been introduced.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
