Abstract
The paper takes the comprehensive evaluation for the enterprise innovation human management efficiency as the research object,based on the analysis of the connotation of the management efficiency and its effect on the development of the enterprise,the paper presents that the data envelopment analysis method is the effective model for the comprehensive evaluation for the enterprise innovation human management efficiency,and the super efficiency data envelopment analysis method is introduced into the application of the problem which provides a feasible way for the improvement of the decision unit.Finally,an example has been taken to show the process of the method and some countermeasures are presents.
