Problem and its Transformation Existing in Rural Teachers' Education——From the Perspective International Comparison

Abstract

Rural teachers' below-par quality has become the barrier for the healthy development of Chinese teachers' education.We should learn from overseas experience and practice,and take a new approach to solving this problem based on obligatory education;teachers' expertise training;and school management.Rural teachers' education should undergo transformation from repetition to specialization,from knowledge-input to practical ability-elevation,and from key points-focusing to integrated advancement.
