Determination of chlorzoxazone and paracetamol in Co chlorzoxazone tablet by K-ratio spectrophotometry

To establish K ratio spectrophotometry for determination of chlorzoxazone and paracetamol in co chlorzoxazone tablet.To eliminated interference of ingredients,the program was edited by BASIC for the best wavelength pair,chlorzoxazone and paracetamol in Co chlorzoxazone tablet were determined without any preliminary separation.The recoveries and relative standard deviations of chlorzoxazone and paracetamol were 100 0%,0 70% and 100 1%,0 88%,respectively.[Conclusion]The method was simple,rapid,and results were satisfactory.
