Abstract

Objective To improve the knowledge of LPMN,and To research its changes for central lumbar spinal, lateral recess, intervertebral foramen,and To research the companion alters of its.Methods CT findings of 29 cases LPMN were analysed retrospectively. Restults 32 cartilaginous node; single cartilaginous node(n=26), multipe cartilaginous node(n=3); central lumbral spinal canal stenosis(n=27): single central lumbral spinal canal stenosis(n=7), the companion single lateral recess stenosis(n=10), the companion lateral recess and intervertebral foramen stenosis(n=2), the companion double lateral recess stenosis(n=8);single lateral recess and intervertebral foramen stenosis(n=5) of companion alters: prolapsed lumbar intervertebral disc (n=13), slipped lumbal vertebral is 3 cases, double facet dislocation arthropathy is 1 cases,single facet dislocation arthropathy and plump ligament flava or ossification is 2 cases. Conclusion: CT can only precisely shows the changes of LPMN for vertebral canal, and It can make clear the companion alters of its, and It plays an important role in guideing the choice of surgical planning .
