Abstract
To study the CT diagnosis and treatnent of lumbar spinal canal stenosis caused by lumbar posterior marginal intraosseous cartilaginous node (LPMN) and discuss its ralated pathogenic factors. The review analysis was deald with skill the person who confirms 36 instances LPMN to be the result of that the lumbar vertebra runs cramped illness clinical and the CT′s feature conduct and operation means. The CT′s conduct of LPMN type was: focal bony defect in the posterior superior or posteror inferior edge of the affected vertebral body with sclerotic edge; posterior to the defect a bony fragment was seen protruding into the spinal canal; (drifing away either the section was linked together against the vertebra part of the body); on the sagittal plane,the bony fragment sticked up from the vertebral body edge which formed the shape of V or trangular; lumbar spinal canal stenosis.compression of the dural sac and nerve root.and mostly with lumbar disk hemation. [Conclusion] CT examniation makes it possible to diagnose the lumbar spinal canal stenosis caused by lumbar posterior marginal intraosseous cartilagous node and was help planning treatment protocol.
