Clinical Analysis of Malignant Lymphoma with Bone Marrow Involvement

Objective To analyze and discuss the incidence of malignant lymphoma with bone marrow involvement,clinical staging and pathological type.Methods 100 cases of patients with malignant lymphoma in my hospital from January 2010 to December 2011 were selected randomly.The bone marrow smear and bone marrow biopsy sections were examined and results of the examination were analyzed.Results The results showed that 21 cases occurred in 100 cases of bone marrow involvement,the incidence rate of 21%.Bone marrow smear detection of bone marrow involvement in 12 cases,9 cases of bone marrow biopsy in detection.Conclusions Bone marrow biopsy of bone marrow involvement are examined,which can effectively improve the diagnosis rate.It's worthy of attention.
