Observation on bone marrow biopsy in non-Hodgkin lymphoma with bone marrow involvement and staging

Abstract

Objective:To study the valve of bone marrow biopsy and in non-Hodgkin lymphoma with bone marrow involvement(NHL BMI)and staging.Methods:In this article we researched 128 patients with NHL by using the method of bone marrow biopsy.We observed those and sections.Results:35.9%(46 cases)exhibited NHLBMI in marrow sections.Sixteen cases staging Ⅰ-Ⅲ were promoted to stage Ⅳ after bone marrow biopsy,After and before bone marrow biopsy,obvious difference exists between them(P0.01).Conclusion:Bone marrow biopsy was very important examination in patient with non-Hodgkin lymphoma with bone marrow involvement(NHL BMI)and staging.
