Abstract
The total amount of the higher education resource is insufficient in our country.Also disequilibrium of the allocation of the education resource exists between the east and west areas,between the colleges and universities,and within the internal departments of universities.The problem of scarcity and waste of the higher education resource is very seriously.We should promote the investment in education,cultivate high quality teacher resources,and share the educational resources.On this way,we could maintain the equilibrium of the allocation of higher education resources,which is based on the increasing and development of the higher education resource.
