Study on Present Situation and Countermeasure of Rural Land Circulation——A Case of Suizhong County in Liaoning Province

Abstract

Rural land circulation is the key of land system reform,the rational distribution of land resources and agricultural restructuring were accelerated,and the rural development was promoted by land circulation,but there were many land circulation issues of urgent improvement in reality. Taking land circulation of Suizhong County in Liaoning Province for example,existing problems and solutions in the land circulation were found out by analyzing the present situation,origin of the local rural circulation to provide references for promoting land circulation.
