Land Circulation in Guangxi Rural Areas and Countermeasure Analysis: Based on Investigations of 7 Towns and 13 Villages in Nanning and Guilin

Effective land circulation is conducive to optimizing the allocation of land resources,increasing land use rate,promoting the adjustment of agricultural structure,and increasing the income of farmers.Investigations and researches of rural land circulation in underdeveloped rural areas of Guangxi help to find ways for the management of land intensification and the promotion of farmers' income.According to the investigations and interviews in 7 towns and 13 villages of Nanning and Guilin,it is found that the current land circulation in Guangxi is still at the preliminary stage.Imperfection of the market,unsound administration and backward conception of local people are the major problems.It is necessary to cultivate effective market administration,normalize the management mechanism of the market,and enhance the governmental support in order to guide land circulation in rural areas of Guangxi to a healthy development.
