Abstract
The accomplished offence is a basic form of a crime.There is controversy on the standard of completion in theoretical circles.In the judicial,we should adhere to the principle of legality,take the theory of complete elements that constitute a crime as a standard of guilty completion;While in the legislation,it should be in the criminal facts and criminal policy perspective,take the theory of achieving criminal intent and criminal policy theory as standards to clear accomplished crime.
