Research on Criminal Policy of Unit Crime

The evaluation of unit crime presents different features and regularities based on different law traditions of common law and civil law,especially in the respect of theoretical basis of unit crime,which is mainly deduced from theoretical system of criminal law and criminal policy.The question that if and to what extent unit crime shall be criminalized could not be answered without consideration of criminal policy.On one hand,criminal policy determines the criminalization of unit crime and requires responses to unit crime;on the other,criminal policy focuses on how to organize the responses,which implies the pursuit of effect and justice in practice of criminal policy.With regard to unit crime,criminal policy is a bridge connects crime situations and criminal rules.
