Abstract

Information disclosure is the main approach.through which investors would understand listed companie and securities supervision institutions:It is also an important principle of laws in most countries.In China,listed companies are regulated by Company Law and Stock Act,both requiring infomation disclosure.Our essay intend to discover the current situation,carlses and solutions of nonstandard information disclosure.
