Abstract
In the stock market the truthful,timely,complete and compliant disclosure of information of listed companies is a key decision making factor to investors,and it is a mandatory requirement for the listed companies.In recent years,however,the disclosure of information of listed companies in China exposes some problems that are affecting the development of the stock market.
