Abstract
In this paper,the discoloration of Xylenol orange by potassium bromate in H2SO4 medium-Landolt reaction was studied.Based on this fact,a new method for the determination of trace BSA was established by inhibition kinetic spectrophotometry.Under the optimum condition,the linear range is 0.2~2.0 μg/mL,and the detection limit of the method was 0.141 mg/L.The developed method was applied to the determination of BSA with satisfactory results.
