Abstract
In order to investigate the effects of cigarette paper property on the deliveries of 7 harmful components(CO,HCN,NNK,NH3,B[a]P,phenol,crotonaldehyde) in mainstream cigarette smoke,these harmful components in mainstream smoke of cigarettes wrapped with cigarette papers of different specifications were determined by related standard methods.The results indicated that the content of combustion improver in cigarette paper exerted the greatest influence on the deliveries of 7 harmful components,followed by the air permeability,grammage and combustion improver type of cigarette paper,and the proportion of hemp pulp also had certain influence upon the deliveries.
