Modern Culture and the Spirit of Modern Law

Abstract
The spirit of law is the inherent soul and the working nerve of the whole legal mechanism and institutional system, which is founded on the relevant cultural form and pattern. The core of modern cultural form is the individual, reason and the combination of the two. This paper analyses systematically the inherent interrelation of modern culture and dimensions of the spirit of law, such as the sacred spirit of law, rightful idea of personal interests, idea of rights and the spirit of skepticism.
