Abstract

A Gran potentiometric titration method for determination of tramadol hydrochloride and its tablets wasestablished. The average recovery was 98.3% with RSD of 0.58%. The results showed that this method was comparable withthe Ch.P. methods of non-aqueous titrimetry and UV spectrometry.
