Abstract

Objective To establish the determination of assay for Gemcitabine hydrochloride. Methods The determination was carried out on potentiometric titration. The glacial acetic acid was solvent, titrate with 0.1 mol/L perchloric acid titration solution. Results There was obvious on titration process. The RSD for precision was 0.10%(n=6). Conclusion The Method was simple, accurate and rapid, which can be used for the determination of assay for gemcitabine hydrochloride.
