On the significance of developing social work to social management innovation

In European and American states,social work plays an important role in/ on social management.Current Chinese society is in transition,which is an excellent opportunity to introduce social work to social management innovation.the government should promote the development of social work through dissemination of the concept of social work,construction of social work personnel,cultivation non-governmental social organizations,implementation services of government procurement and other ways,to fully play the advantages of social work on integration of social resources,adjustment social psychological and social relations,and promotion the Party’s mass work.It aims to provide community groups and residents with specialized,individualized social services,and thus effectively promote social management innovation.
