Abstract
The development of social undertakings,the promotion of social justice,the strengthen of social management,and the improvement of social system are the main elements of social construction in the new historical stage.The innovation of social management is to build a better society with initiative construction and reformation.Fairness and justice is an effective way to innovate the social management.Also it is the professional value of social work.Therefore,the development of social work will benefit the innovation of social management.
