The Basis of Contemporary China's Political Legality and Its Maintenance

Abstract

A political order is set by political power,but the power doesn't nesessarily keep the order permanent.Whether a political order can last long depends upon political legality.Legality is an important conception in politics.What on earth legality is,what condition China's political legality is in and how it can be maintained are analysed in this paper .
