Abstract

Objective To establish the rat liver fibrosis model by subcutaneous injection of CCl4,and track observae the changes of serological fibrosis parameters and pathological stages. Methods Wistar rats were divided into two groups randomly.12 rats were in control group, they were injected physiological saline twice a week for 8 weeks.30 rats were in liver fibrosis model group, they were subcutaneously injected 40% CCl4 twice a week for 8 weeks.ALT and AST in the serum were analyzed in the third, fifth and seventh weekend respectively. Moreover, rat livers were observed with routine pathology technique, the rat livers' morphological changes were determined after administration. Results Compared with the control group, the level of serum ALT and AST in model group were increased. Conclusion Different degrees of hepatic in rats can be established by injecting CCl4 subcutaneously.
