Abstract
The effects of light intensity on the shape and root activity of test-tube seedling(Vitis vinefera L. cv. Mei Renzhi) were studied in the condition of low light intensity. The results showed that the relative growth rate, plant height, total biomass, root length, root biomass, R/T, root biomass ratio and root activity decreased significantly. These indicated that the decrease of total biomass under low light situation inhibited the development of root system and promoted the growth of parts on the ground, which was one of the reasons for the growth stopping of test-tube grape seedling in cultivation.
