On problems in construction management at architectural projects and their prevention measures

Abstract

The paper analyzes some problems in the construction management in recent architectural projects,including the ignorance of the construction management,the serious unbalance of the quality management and the defects of the safety management,and points out the effective measures to improve the construction management,such as the perfection of the system,the establishment of the informationized construction management platform,and the promotion of the quality control,so as to direct the practice.
