Abstract
The paper analyzes the management problems in the construction preparation stage and the field construction stage of the current architectural projects,explores the ways of how to improve the management of the architectural projects,and points out human oriented idea and employment mechanism should be considered,and the preparation in the earlier stage and the control in the construction process be stressed.
