Abstract
Objective To explore how to detect and treat delayed intracranial hematoma timely and to improve patient efficacy and to outcomes. Methods From 38 cases of delayed traumatic intracranial hematoma underwent surgery, the patients clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results Of 38 cases, there wereⅤ(GOS) 14 cases,Ⅳ10 cases,Ⅲ6 cases,Ⅱ2 cases,Ⅰ6 cases.Good rate(good + residual) was 63.2%,the mortality rate was 15.8%. Conclusion Delayed hematoma formation has predictability factors and obvious clinical characteristics,we shoud consider risk factors and enhance observation, repeat CT scan be done. early diagnosis and treatment can improve efficacy.
