A Randomized Controlled Trial of Gegen Qinlian Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Bronchiolitis

[Objective] Observed Gegenqinlian combined with western medicine pediatric bronchiolitis.[Methods] Random parallel control method,80 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups.A control group of 40 patients oxygen therapy,inhalation corticosteroids and control asthmatic,anti-infection.Treatment group of 40 patients Gegenqinlian(Shegan,Sunburn ephedra each 5g,arrowroot,baicalin,berberine each 8g,peony 5g,Schisandra 6g,licorice 3g),1 Preparation / d,decoction 50 ~ 60mL,warm water service;sputum plus Peucedanum,melon,Zhu Li;cough drama plus bellflower,almonds,vomiting plus Breit,Zhuru;heat even add Gardenia.Western medicine with the control group.3d is a continuous course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,symptoms of time,adverse reactions.5 continuous treatment regimen to determine efficacy.[Results] The treatment group cured 25 cases,effective 15 cases,invalid 0 cases,total effective rate was 100%,cure rate 62.50%.The control group cured 15 cases,effective 24 cases,invalid 0 cases,total effective rate was 100%,cure rate 37.50%.The treatment group is equivalent to the control group(P=0.05),but the cure rate of the treatment group than the control group(P0.05).The symptoms improved time in treatment group was less than that of the control group(P0.05).[Conclusion] Western Gegenqinlian combined treatment of children with bronchiolitis effect is significant,it is worth promoting.
