To cultivate the innovative ability of engineering college students, changes in educational concepts should be made. An innovative talent should master broad and profound basic knowledge and talents with all round development possess even more latent creative ability. Meanwhile, an innovative education system should be set up. The implementation measures of innovative education include enhancing the experiments and practice teaching, carrying out social practice and creating the circumstances in which innovative students can grow up.
