Abstract
Aiming at the large vibration of induced draft fan of the 600 MW unit in a thermal power plant, this paper expounds the mechanism and causes of stall of axial flow fan with adjustable static blades, measures the static pressure of the entrance and the exit of induced draft fan under different working condition, and compares the change of system resistance in the original and the temporary flue gas system, and proposes relevant transformation measures. The result shows that the increase of system resistance in temporary tail flue gas system will lead to fan stall and large vibration. The improved induced draft fan system guarantees the normal operation of fan and reduces the system resistance.
