Abstract

Evaluated the anti-diabetic activity of mangiferin and its derivatives,The results indicated that all the derivatives displayed better anti-diabetic activity than mangiferin, and the inhibitory activity of compounds could be increased monotonically as the increase of its alkyl chain length.
