Abstract
Objective To compare the eftects of fentanyl and sufentanil on postoperative agitation in adult patients after general anesthesia. Methods Sixty adult patients suffered from postoperative agitation after general anesthesia were randomized into S and F group with 30 cases in each group. They received intravenously fentanyl 1ug/Kg(group F),sufentanyl 0.1ug/Kg(group S)respectivety. The MAP and BP,SpO2 and analgesic effect and the agitation relieve rate were assessed before and after treatment. Results The Postoperative improvement of analgesic score,MAP and HR in both group were better than those befroe treatment, and the difference were significant(P0.05),and the improvement of MAP,HR and agitation relieve in group S were better than those in group F,and the difference was significant(P0.05).Conclusion Sufentanil patients after general anesthesia is better than fentanyl treatment.
