Some Comments on State Responsibility to Protect Theory

The concept of state responsibility to protect with individual responsibility and human security as its core thinks that states and international community have the responsibility to prevent,react and rebuilt for the at-risk civilians.This new concept makes a new interpretation of traditional sovereignty and security;therefore it also broadens the role of Security Council.The Chinese government must be bewared of the West's intervention with so-called universal western thinking.
