Abstract
To further enhance the metal jet and the perforation depth. Two different structures of series of liner are designed by a single cone and double cone liner. Two shaped charge jet formation and penetration process has been performed using Truegrid and finite element software LS-DYNA.Essential analysis and conclusion has been drawn out.The results show that the structures form a good jet,can effectively increase the penetration depth of jet,and this kind of structure for the former double cone Charge-level has high velocity than the single cone cover charge for the class structure. The former has high performance which can get large diameter and high depth whole in penetration than the later under the same conditions.
