Speculations on Strengthening the Management of Teaching Archives of Departments of a University in the New Period

Teaching archives is important evidence on estimating the quality of teaching and management for a university.Management of Archives of departments of a university is an essential part for the teaching archives construction of the whole university.Aiming at the fact of traditional pattern,non-standard files of teaching archives management and poor quality staff,a series of measures are put forward: employment of the computer management system in departments archives,definitude of the file scope;constitution of the management criterion of the electronic document and enhancement of training and administration of part-time staff.
