Current Problems and Countermeasures in the Management of the University Students' Archives

Abstract

University Students' archives is a complete record of the students' development during their stay in universities. It is valuable as a means of student management and it can be referred to when it comes to employment and the selection of talents by the employment units. This paper points out the current problems in the management of archives and suggests that a set of rules and regulations for archive management be made as soon as possible, an organized system be established, an access to the collection of student archives be improved, modernization process of the student archives management be accelerated, and the quality of the management staffs be promoted.
