Abstract
objective To evaluate the value of the subtration CT angiography and conventional CT angiography in the Panencephalo-arteriography. Materials and Methods Panencepholo-arteriography was performed in 86 cases. Subtraction and conventional technique were evaluated; CT raw data were reconstructed with multi-planar reconstruction (MPR) and volume rendering (VR), maximum intensity projection (MIP) to display the vessels. Results OF 86 cases, the image quality were excellent displayed in 81 cases, and well displayed in 5 cases. Conclusion Subtraction CT angiography and conventional CT angiography can be used as the main methods in the panencepholo-arteriography.
