Abstract

A kind of desulfurizer which active constituent was ferric oxide was studiedThis desulfurizer was mainly used to remove hydrogen sulfide in gas and it was a kind of desulfurizer of normal temperatureIt has some merits as follows:good behaviour of sulfur removal,low cost,low equipment of investment and simple processThe experiment of this desulfurizer was made in decontamination workshop of Jinxi petrochemical branch companyIn this experiment,the capacity of desulfurizer was 12 L,aspect ratio was 3,gas pressure was 01 MPa,temperater 0 ℃The behaviour of sulfure removal of this desulfurizer was better than JX1 which was applied in unit
